what is really mean by good interpersonal skills needed in the vacancy?

there is a ad bout job in hypermarket of post- Sales assistant.
well i guess its probably means carry goods and dealing with customer is it??
Thanks.

They are talking about the way you communicate with others and the way others read you. In sales it translates to being able to read your customers body language and act upon it. Crossed arms means they are not listening. Crossed legs and arms they feel uncomfortable. Eyes, are they on you or drifting away. If they sit forward they are engaged in the coversation. Attempt to get them to sit forward by placing a visual just out of hands reach where they have to open up and sit forward to see it. Is what your saying being read correctly by your customer, ask questions to be sure! Not quite sure what they are asking for – ask questions – "so what you are saying is…."

Interpersonal skills is used often in business contexts to refer to the measure of a person's ability to operate within business organizations through social communication and interactions to get the task done. It is how a person relates to one another through listening, verbals and nonverbals, diffusing arguments, conversation starters…things of this nature that are also referred to as soft skills.
