I'm doing an assignment inwhich I have to evaluate a scenario between a HR manager and an employee who has just broken their contract and in doing so i have to mention the negotiation and interpersonal skills. what are each of them?
In terms of my assignment,
negotation skills – the hr manager offering the employee something to drink, asks them how they are before rushing in and making accusations
interperonsal skills- the hr manager not taking sides and instead forming a win win situation between the employee and the organisation.
is that correct?
