PLEASE HELP! What interpersonal questions do they ask you in an interview?

I have an interview tomorrow and I need to know what different questions they ask you? The human resources questions like "What would you do if you were faced with a conflict?" Thank you! And, everyone who responds will get a thumbs up!
No, you are not doing my homework. I'm an engineering student, going for an internship. I want to prepare. My homework would consist of confusing electrical circuits. For goodness sakes it even confuses me!

My favorite: "Why should I hire you? What makes you different from the other applicants?"

Are you a reliable and dependable type? Then say so, in very direct words. And don't make it a promise, make it a statement: "Mr. Flores, I think I'm a very reliable person, I show up on time and I meet my commitments."

Not: "Mr Flores, I promise that I will be here on time every morning." Yeah, you can promise, but will you do it? And it's redundant, since I expect you to show up on time just as part of doing your job.

Finally, there are sometimes that you have to say, "You know, I've never been faced with that particular situation before, but I'm a pretty practical person, and I know I'll put my best effort into it." It's a polite way of telling the interviewer that you think you are a trustworthy and resourceful person.

Just a few thoughts, hope this helps!

When I owned my business, I would ask them why they wanted to work for me. Are they looking for a job, or a career? How would they respond to a question they did not know the answer without saying 'I don't know'. If they saw another employee stealing, would they report it, even if it was one of their friends. What assets do you bring to the company. Hope any of this helps…..
