have you ever experienced a change in supervision that resulted in conflict? Why does this happen? How does interpersonal relationship influence conflict in organizations

organizational conflicts happen all the time…sometimes its a matter of personalities..sometimes its a conflicting policy goal that cannot be met in reality. (machines cant make goods as fast as managment would like)
