I see that most jobs require interpersonal or communication skill. Are they the same? What is exactly the definition of that? I believe most people can speak, listen and write, so what is the definition of communication or interpersonal skill? What the employers need that?
i think what they want is someone who can read people …relating to all kinds …this probably takes a general associates degree of some kind …to be able to manipulate any situation to the companys favor….and to handle customer dissatisfaction…
