This could cover things like your body language, facial expressions, & how you present the message. Are you open to comments & suggestions? Do you solicit other opinions? Do you have the ability to compromise? Can you be tactful?

The ability to speak and make yourself understood — not by arguing, but by logic, objectivity, and good language skills.
The ability to listen and try to understand what you hear — not blind acceptance, but by getting into the other guy’s head and figuring out where the he’s coming from.
