"Hi Robert, I have started watching the DVD'S, and all I can say is fan-bloody-tastic!, information is very practical and certainly is an education in human interaction at the most fundamental level. I got the sense that I am in the room along side the other participants, which of course is attributed to the position of the camera angle, picture clarity and sound are v.good. well done to your-self and the rest of the production team!" • Make sure your son is aware that you know that he has stolen money from you.
Make sure you are aware of every penny you have within the home and you know where it is at all times.
Be sure to keep a very close eye on your son. Right now, at age 13, he wants privacy but he doesn’t deserve it if you can’t trust him. To a 13 yr. old, a bedroom door means A LOT but that bedroom door can come off the hinges until trust is earned back, if that’s the next step that needs to be taken.
Talk to him. Don’t expect him to know what you’re feeling just as he can’t expect you to know what he’s feeling. You need to have communication. Make sure it’s civil and not yelling. Give yourself time to calm down over the situation before you decide to talk to him.

  • Who did the money come from?
He needs to repay the money. Not just return it but earn the same amount and repay to whom ever it was stolen. Is this the first time? Do not trust him, he must re earn that. Money, etc must be locked away.
perhaps a talk with a police officer or a visit to the police station to see just what happens to thief’s would wake him up.

  • Tell him that you know that he is stealing. He most likely will deny it. Just sit him down and explain exactly what it is doing and you are losing an important trust. Then tell him that under no circumstances will stealing be allowed in your home or anywhere else. Tell him that you will advise his teachers if it continues and if necessary, you will call the police. This may just get through his head because he is still young. Good luck.

Why don’t the other one think of something to say ? Maybe there is really nothing to say so it is not your problem and the other one understands it too . If there is any talk it will come naturally without you worrying about what to say .

  • How do men and women differ in how they deal with conflict?
As a woman I have found most men deal with conflict (meaning disagreement) by avoiding or passive aggressive tactics (IE: not picking up, forgetting to stop at the store, watching tv when chores need done). Most women want to talk it out to the nth degree. It is important to me as a woman that I feel that the man cares for me and my emotional needs. My conflict is usually about resolving the issue and feeling good about it. For a man (ie: my husband) he was to resolve the issue so we can just stop talking about it. He tends to solve it and perhaps resent the decision because it wasn’t a good solution, just a quick one.
