Someone answered my question from yahoo answer that state a quiet persons do not have interpersonal skill and communication skill and employers don't want them. Is that true?
In other words, extrovert or talkative people have those skills? And extrovert or talkative people will be hired by employers who need these skills?
i used to be very shy but realized if i wanted to have a beneficial impact in the world i needed to get out and improve my skills so i started doing a lot of volunteer work. i have worked at soup kitchens and homeless shelters and have done much volunteer tutoring. it has been an enriching experience for me and i believe that i ahve helped people. the best thing you can do is to jump into the action…your skills will improve with more exposure to others.
don't get discouraged though if you fall on your face a few times…keep working at it. i disagree with the previous person who cliams being quiet and shy is good…get out there and strut your stuff baby!
don't hide your light papi.
