Interpersonal: Someone with an inviting attitude, makes you more inclined to ask questions and comfortable enough to get help.
Communication Skills: The person will NEED to be able to communicate well. This is not just how they communicate, but how they LISTEN and then effectively communicate a resolution.

Customers want to "believe" you. They want to believe that you believe what you are telling them and that you beleive in the product and/or service you are trying to sell them. Customers make eye contact to see if you're telling them the truth. That's how they gauge you; they listen and "look" at "you".
If they look in your eyes and you avert their eyes, ect., they'll back off from the sale.
